2007 Real Estate Projects of the Year

The Sacramento Business Journal is seeking nominations for its 2007 Real Estate Projects of the Year supplement. The section recognizes the best real estate projects of 2007, as determined by a panel of expert judges. The winning projects will be profiled in the section in February 2008.

Please note that public projects -- those built primarily with public funds, or to be primarily occupied by government -- are eligible only for the Best Public Project category. Otherwise, projects can be nominated for more than one category, but a project can only win in one category.

The judges will visit each finalist in November, so projects must be completed by that time to be considered. Projects that are not substantially completed will likely fare better in next year's competition. Only projects completed from November 2006 through October 2007 eligible for this contest. Projects must be located in El Dorado, Placer, Sacramento or Yolo counties.
